Application Process
Step 1:
Fill out and submit a complete Online Mission Trip Application.

Please be sure to fill out all the sections completely.

Step 2:
Prepare your required documentation.
  -Copy of your passport
  -Parental Consent Form (for minors)
  -Medical Clearance Letter (for 75+)

Email copies of all documents to

Step 3:
Pay your $250.00 initial contribution* ($400.00 for Cuba trips) online with a debit or credit card.

To pay by check, please make checks payable to Orphan’s Heart and mailed to:

* Your initial contribution is applied towards your final trip balance.
